Conditions of Entry at Inverell Aquatic Centre
To ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our members and guests, please take a moment to review our venue conditions of entry. Please acknowledge that you enter the centre at your own risk. The centre or staff are not liable for any personal injury or loss/ damage of property that may arise.

Conditions of Entry
1. Children 5 years and under must wear a wristband and be constantly supervised remaining within arm’s reach of the supervisor parent/guardian. If the child is in the water, the parent/guardian must be in the water too.
2. Children 14 and under must be accompanied into the centre and be constantly supervised by a parent/ guardian, who is 16 years or over. The parents/guardian must have a clear view of the child at all times.
3. Any sexual harassment or innuendo will result in immediate cessation of your right to access or remain in the centre.
4. To the maximum extent permitted by law this centre is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, however it arises, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent suffered by you or any third party arising from or in connection with your use of a facility in the centre.
5. No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Group Exercise space (unless they form part of a supervised program approved by the centre).
6. Inappropriate conduct, foul language or aggressive behaviour is not permitted.
7. Respect the rights of others.
8. Appropriate attire must be worn for the relevant activity.
9. Consuming alcohol or drugs or visiting the centre while intoxicated or under the influence is not permitted.
10. Bringing alcohol or drugs onto the premises is strictly prohibited.
11. Smoking is not permitted within the centre’s grounds.
12. Glass items are not permitted within the centre.
13. Any persons taking photos in the facility are obligated to ensure that no other visitors to the facility are being photographed or filmed without their express consent. 14. 14. Please ensure you are only photographing or filming your own child/ren for privacy reasons.
15. For entry into the centre membership passes must be scanned or a casual entry fee paid at each visit.
16. Always follow hazard and regulation signs.
17. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the centre who do not abide by the rules of the centre.
18. Please observe all signage within the centre.
Pool Rules

To create a safe and fun environment, guests are asked to:
1. Shower thoroughly before entering the pools.
2. Avoid swimming if you are unwell or have had diarrhoea in the past two weeks.
3. Not use any offensive language or act inappropriately.
4. Behave respectfully and take responsibility for their actions.
5. In the event of an emergency please follow the lifeguard’s instructions.
6. The aquatic area closes 15 minutes prior to the centre closing.
7. Ensure that suitable swimwear is always worn.
8. Not drink or swallow pool water.
9. Every child not toilet trained must wear an aqua nappy at all times. Failure to do so will require the member to purchase a nappy from reception or leave the pool.

Please observe all signage within the centre and note the following rules apply:
1. No smoking
2. No diving
3. No balls
4. No running
5. No glass
6. No alcohol
7. No drugs
8. No bombing
9. No flips/somersaults
Group Exercise Studio
1. Guests will not be admitted into group exercise classes after scheduled commencement time.
2. Guests must have a class booking to ensure entry.
3. Suitable attire must always be worn specific to each group exercise class.
4. Resistance classes are restricted to 16 years and over.
5. We recommend you advise the instructor if you have an injury, medical condition or are pregnant.
6. Always carry a towel and wipe down your equipment after use.
7. It is recommended you stay hydrated with guests encouraged to bring a water bottle.
